The Benefits of Testing

Testing any chemical you plan to ingest is highly recommended prior to ingesting that chemical. Testing your drug can give you indications about the drugs content, any cuts (especially potentially fatal cuts, such as Fentanyl), and identify harmful chemicals masquerading as a given drug/chemical.

Why you should always test your drugs!

Drugs have been known to be cut with other potentially harmful chemicals, and are often sold as a “pure” chemical. There are reported cases of Fentanyl, a dangerous and highly potent synthetic opiate, in Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Heroin, MDMA, and many other drugs. Another potentially fatal chemical, 25I-NBOMe, has been sold as LSD on blotter “tabs” and its presence has become increasingly frequent in the last 10 years. NBOMes have a high risk of toxicity, and a lower overdose threshold. MDMA has often been cut with Methamphetamine, or other amphetamines. Knowing with greater certainty whether or not a drug you plan to ingest has been tainted/adulterated is highly recommended prior to ingestion, and may save you or your friends lives.

Testing Information

Fentanyl strips and Reagent Tests are used for different purposes. Reagents are typically a sulfuric acid mixture which is used to identify various drugs. There are over 10 different types of reagents which are commonly used, and there are various charts and graphs that explain their usage best. Fentanyl strips are essentially pH dip sticks which you put into a baggie with a substance and water to read the results. We recommend testing every new batch of drugs, even if it is from a trusted source.
